I want to highlight the exceptional professionalism and kindness of Natalia, Luis Armando, and Homero at Hotel Flamingo. Having traveled to several countries, I can honestly say this team is among my top 3 for hospitality. Their attitude, attention to detail, and kindness perfectly represent what Mexican hospitality is all about.
I stayed for 5 nights and the experience was excellent the whole time.

A comfortable and pleasant stay
We spent nine pleasant nights here. The hotel room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kids loved the heated pool and the soccer field. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean. Breakfast at the restaurant "Parrilla Leonesa" next door was very good, with a great variety.
Every day we walked to the city center with our two kids and got there in about 20 minutes. The only downside: the room's sofa is a bit old, as is the jacuzzi. The bathroom and beds were in perfect condition. Thanks for the pleasant stay.
Beautiful pet-friendly hotel! It's like little cabins, very private, quiet, lots of nature. Really lovely!
NEWExcellent, through and through! I loved it! The pool water temperature is great, the rooms are super comfortable, everything in the room worked perfectly, and it's in a super convenient area to get around. I would definitely stay at this hotel again — my son is happy, and that's priceless!

A warm and rustic space, very pleasant. With spectacular green areas, and very clean, tidy rooms, gym, and pool bathrooms.
The pool water is heated, making it a fabulous experience for a family stay — the kids' splash pool is suited for children up to 6 years old.
A beautiful place to relax and have a good time.
I stayed in a suite and loved it. The room was very spacious, the recliner was very comfortable, and there was a balcony with a beautiful view of the property.
If you'd like room service, you can order from Parrilla Leonesa (QR code in the room), which I recommend because the food was very good. Also, the place was very quiet with zero outside or inside noise. I felt great during this stay.
I'll definitely consider it for my next visit. I recommend it 100%.
